| The Non Pro Cutting Stallion Service Auction | |
| The auction will open for bids on April 10, 2007 the closing date will be April 19, 2006 at 12:00 | |
| noon central standard time. No bids for less than 50% of the stud fee will be accepted. | |
| Bids will be updated daily. On April 19th bids will be updated hourly until 12:00 noon. | |
| The bid amounts are for the stud fee only. All chute fees, mare care, shipping fee and any other | |
| applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer. To find out any other fees that may apply,you | |
| will need to check with the breeding facility where the stallion is standing. No stud fee's purchased | |
| through this auction are transferable to a 2nd party unless you have permission from the stallion | |
| owner. The stud fee you are purchasing will be for the 2007 breeding season. You will be notified | |
| on April 19th if you had the winning bid. Payment for the winning bids must be received | |
| by April 26th, 2007. Checks or Credit cards will be accepted. Any unsold breeding may be purchased | |
| until sold or until June 1, 2007. | |
